New This Is 40 Trailer: Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann Don't Mature in Knocked Up Sequel

Leslie Mann, you needn't feel jealous of Megan Fox's perky bosom.

Alas, a little age-centric body envy is one of the issues plaguing the actress' character in This Is 40, Judd Apatow's "sort-of sequel to Knocked Up."

The real-life Mrs. Apatow and Paul Rudd reprise their roles as married parents Debbie and Pete, but now five years older and way more neurotic. Lucky for us, being bent out of shape in Apatow's world means being pretty hilarious, too.

Watch the first trailer for This Is 40, too—and compare dirty notes!

There's no sign of Seth Rogen or Katherine Heigl (fancy that), but Jason Segel is back with more delightfully inappropriate comments and writer-producer-director Apatow has pulled Fox, Melissa McCarthy, Chris O'Dowd, John Lithgow and the king of middle-age neuroses, Albert Brooks, into the fold.

"Your mother wanted to abort you," Brooks, who plays Rudd's deadbeat father, tells his son when he can't guilt him into another loan.

And that sort of over-the-top jab (plus the pot use and penis jokes) pretty much sets the tone for Apatow's latest R-rated comedy about adults who, just because they're 40 all of a sudden, aren't necessarily ready to act like grownups.

This is 40 hits theaters Dec. 21.

(E! and Universal Pictures are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
